Return Policy
Items may only be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items returned must be in the same condition as sold, including original packaging. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the item has been abused, installed, damaged, modified, cut, welded, or any other alteration to the product, whether intentional or accidental. Returned items must include all accessories and packaged items. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred. Shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable. All items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee, regardless of condition. Clearance, used, and group buy items are not returnable. International orders may not be returned under any circumstances.
In order to get a return, you MUST get a Return Merchandise Authorization, or RMA. If you return a product without an RMA, you will not receive a refund or exchange.

No returns on the following under any circumstances:
- Any part that has been installed or attempted to be installed
- Wear and tear parts
- Products that have been abused or altered in any way, whether intentional or accidental
- Any and all international orders
- Items that are special ordered
- Clearance items
- Used items sold on the store
- Items purchased through group buys or similar deals
- Any item that has had it’s packaging removed, altered, or damaged
Shipping Policy
Purchases will be shipped only when payment has been received and has cleared. Shipping costs are based on a “per item” or “per pound” basis. Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.
All high-value packages are shipped with signature required, someone must be present at the delivery location for it to be delivered. If you wish to have a package delivered without a signature, then you agree to take on full responsibility of ensuring that the package is received and remove ALL liability from FLF Racing Supply. In the event that a package is stolen, lost, or otherwise, FLF Racing Supplyis not liable or accountable for the package under any circumstance. If the signature requirement is inconvenient for you, you may contact us and arrange for a package to be shipped to a nearby UPS Store, FedEx Store, or USPS Post Office for pickup.
Free shipping is available for the 48 Continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may not qualify under certain circumstances. If you use a free shipping offer, you may be contacted by us to request additional funds to complete your transaction. This is due to the extreme cost of shipping to these remote areas. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We’ll do everything we can to avoid requesting additional funds, however with some products it is unavoidable due to weight or size.
Packages are typically shipped using the selected carrier, but availability is not always guaranteed. In the event that the selected carrier is not available, you will be contacted to discuss an alternative method. Orders with free shipping will always be shipped using our choice of shipping carrier and method.
Prices listed do not include VAT, duty, import taxes, or any sales tax at all. It is your responsibility to ensure that all applicable taxes are paid as required by law.
Delivery time is not guaranteed, regardless of speed selected. Delays in shipping may be caused by mis-routed packages, natural phenomenon, or other factors. It is the responsibility of the shipping company to ensure timely delivery, and once it has been dropped off with the carrier it is out of our control.
If a shipment is refused for any reason (refused by customer, invalid address, etc), you will be billed for return shipment fees as well as cost to resend the shipment. This includes shipments where the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts. Free shipping offers are only valid on the first shipment, and you may be contacted to cover the shipping fee to resend the package.
Payment Policy
We accept payment via PayPal and major credit cards. Purchases will be shipped when possible as soon as payment clears. Sales in Florida and any other applicable states will be assessed state sales tax.
Cancellations
Orders that have shipped may not be canceled, no exceptions. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as quickly as possible. Again, once an order has shipped, it cannot and will not be cancelled under any circumstances.
Orders that have not shipped or are on backorder may be canceled up to 30 days after the order date with no additional fees. After 30 days, cancellations are subject to administrative processing fees of up to 25% of your total order. This is to cover credit card processing and other costs.
International orders may not be canceled under ANY circumstances.
FLF Racing Supply reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. If your order is cancelled, a refund will be issued immediately.
Certain brands feature specialty items that may be hand-made or made-to-order. Due to the business requirements of these brands, we are not able to provide cancellations for these orders once they have been placed.
Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Orders must be placed through our website using your FLF Racing Supply account. Under no circumstances may you allow any person other than those authorized to use this account. Orders placed using your account remain your responsibility.
The above shipping and return policies apply to all wholesale sales.
All drop shipment addresses must be submitted as an order on our website. All drop shipments must be prepaid, and you are responsible for any fees, including reshipment, due to customer refusal or address error.

1. Off-Road Use Only
All aftermarket parts, performance upgrades, and products sold by FLF Racing Supply are designed, manufactured, and intended exclusively for off-road, closed-course racing, and competition use. Under no circumstances are these products intended, approved, or legal for use on public streets, highways, or public lands.
2. Emissions and Legal Compliance
Modification of your vehicle’s emissions system is heavily regulated. Federal and state laws (including but not limited to the Environmental Protection Agency and the California Air Resources Board) strictly prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperative of any factory-installed device or design element affecting vehicle emissions or safety on vehicles driven on public roads. FLF Racing Supply does not condone the illegal use of these products. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to understand and comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding vehicle modifications.
3. Assumption of Risk and Liability
Motorsports, racing, and vehicle modification are inherently dangerous activities that can result in severe property damage, personal injury, or death. By purchasing and installing these products, the buyer assumes all risks and liabilities associated with their use. FLF Racing Supply, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the installation, use, or misuse of these products.
4. Installation and Vehicle Warranty
FLF Racing Supply strongly recommends that all products be installed by a certified and experienced professional mechanic. Improper installation can lead to component failure, vehicle damage, and serious accidents. Furthermore, the installation of aftermarket performance parts may void your vehicle’s factory warranty and could potentially affect your automobile insurance coverage.
